This journey is not about learning more or becoming someone else.
It is about removing what stands in the way.
Through rivers, mountains, and simplicity,
presence deepens.
From that place, a calm, grounded authority returns —
one that continues to guide how you meet work,
relationships, and life
long after the journey ends.
Deep within the Albanian Alps, where the turquoise waters of the Shala River flows through narrow canyons,
the outside world slips away — and here, the journey begins.
This is not a retreat filled with techniques or a trip designed to distract you from life.
It is a week in wild nature, shaped by river, land, and simple rhythms.
Days guided by daylight and water.
Time for movement, stillness, reflection, and shared presence.
There is space to breathe deeper, to feel more at ease in your body, and to reconnect with what quietly sustains you.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
The journey creates the conditions for presence, clarity, and inner direction to return — naturally.
There will be spiritual practices to open, support and integrate.

Rune is a trusted men’s and women’s group facilitator, ceremony host, and relationship teacher.
For more than two decades, he has guided people into wild landscapes across Europe, blending adventure, reflection, and spiritual practice — from mountain biking and hiking to paddle boarding on wild rivers and deep fjords.
His work centers on embodiment, presence, and connection to spirit, guiding participants to step fully into themselves — grounded, alive, and awake.
Rune’s approach is simple yet transformative: he awakens presence, sharpens clarity, and reconnects people to their own inner wisdom, using land, water, and movement as mirrors and accelerators for growth.
Participants leave with more than memories — they leave with embodied tools, deep insight, and a felt sense of strength and connection, ready to carry it into daily life.

Where, roads end.
Signals fade.
Time begins to move differently.
We start high in Upper Shala, far from towns and noise.
From here, the river carries us, through narrow gorges, open valleys, and long stretches of deep silence —
until we finish days later in Rragam.
This landscape does not demand explanation.
It asks for presence.
And as you enter it, something in you begins to respond.
Each day is shaped by simplicity and presence.
Time in and on the river.
Walking through wild mountain landscapes.
Daily practices.
Moments of stillness, shared conversation, and silence.
We move at a human pace, guided by weather, water, and the rhythm of the group.
There is room for personal reflection,
for shared experience,
and for being alone without being isolated.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
As the outer noise softens, attention naturally turns inward.
Insights arise quietly.
A deeper sense of direction begins to take form, not because you search for it,
but because there is finally space for it to appear.
What unfolds is different for each person.
What many carry home
is a clearer sense of what matters,
whats the direction forward
and a deep felt connection to themselves
that remains long after the journey ends.
No need to perform.
Here, in the flow of water and wind, your inner strength awakens —so you can move through life calm, clear, and fully present when it calls.
